How the license works
Online re-check
Your license key is re-verified online every 6 hours, with a 7-day offline grace period — so you can keep working on a plane.
One device at a time
A key activates 1 device at a time. “Deactivate this device” in Settings releases the seat so you can move it to another machine.
Cancellation & refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, but you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals.

Is VAT included in the price?
Prices are net. Polar is the merchant of record — it calculates, adds, and remits the correct VAT for your country at checkout.
How does the free trial work?
The 7-day trial starts on first launch — no account or payment needed. When it ends the app locks and your data is preserved until you activate a license key.
Where does my license key come from?
Polar emails it right after checkout. Activate it in CEO → Settings → License, or on the lock screen.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly?
Nothing but the price and billing period — every feature is included on both. Yearly works out to two months free.
